Focus on the outcome, rather than the process
For a while now there is a lot of talk about designing in the browser. Should we all be doing it? Are you doing it? Can you do it? Is it the right thing to do? Will it bring world peace?
All valid questions and there are a lot of good arguments both in favour and against the idea. I would say do what you feel is right for you. If you feel more comfortable with designing in Photoshop first, then do so. And if Photoshop doesn’t work for you, then try designing in the browser.
The focus should be about the outcome: building great websites. The route you take to get there is secondary.
